The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Rotary Club, having the general control over all of the Officers, Chairpersons and Committee.

It is the prime duty of the Board of Directors to see that the Constitution and Bylaws of the Club are enforced. It is also the duty of the Directors to support and cooperate with the aims of the President insofar as what is in the best interest of the Club. It has the supervision over the finances of the Club and establishes the general policy regarding Club expenditures.
